Lake of the woods is approximately one mile wide by three miles long. average depth is 27 feet and a deep point of 55 feet.  the lake is approximately 1200 acres and is about 4900 hundred feet above sea level.  The marina has a very good boat launch ramp with moorage or pavement parking.

About 35 miles Klamath Falls has several grocery stores on the way in from the South.  The camp store is pretty well stocked with most stapples.  Also gifts T-shirts and sundries etc.  The Resort marina has gas and propane if needed.  There is a full restaurant/bar and a pizza -ice cream place located in the marina as well.   These are just a few steps from your site.

Yes, pets are welcome in the R.V, camp for $1 per night, and some of cabins at $10 per night.  Make sure your cabin allows pets.  All will be on a leash and subject to any noise complaints.

Cabins and campsites are allowed two vehicles' e.g. trailer and truck and one car.   Extra vehicles more than two are $10 per night in a designated parking area.

The marina has moorage available for a fee and free overnight parking in the boat parking area located close to the camping area.

The US Forrest service leases the land to the resort, and they set the rules.  They also have a campground right next to the resort.  They would like to keep the tent camping in this campground.  The campground is called Aspen Point, it has a lot of primitive campsites at a much less cost.  Aspen Point is located just west of the LOTW rv campground about 100 feet.  Aspen Point also has flush toilets and coin showers, but the sites have no water, power or sewer.  There are water taps around the camping area. You can reserve these sites at 541-949-8300

No A/C, However, the area is well shaded.  Cool light winds help keep temperatures in the very comfortable upper 70's or lower 80's-we hope
